At Intrigue Fine Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or use a tracked shipping method of your choice.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned apparel, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
